IV региональный конгресс НПО, Вильнюс, Литва
10 -12 июня 2010 г.
Конференция международных НПО Совета Европы объявляет о приеме заявок на участие в IV региональном конгрессе НПО. Основная тема Конгресса – «Роль НПО в плюралистической демократии». Будут проведены дискуссии по четырем направлениям:
- участие НПО в принятии решений
- состояние гражданского общества
- правозащитники и активисты
- роль НПО в пост-конфликтных ситуациях

My name is Rasim Zeynalov- Advocacy Officer of Aran HRDO (regional NGO)and former member(2001-05)of the CLRAE of CoE.
I’m interesting to take part in this conference.
Aran Humanitarian Regional Devolopment Union began its activities in May of 2001 in the Central Azerbaijan Republic (Aghdam, Aghjabedi, Terter, Barda,Yevlakh and Mingachevir and Ganja towns) where the majority of IDPs and refuges are situated.
The organization was registered by the Justice Ministry of Azerbaijan Republic in August 2003.
Since its establishment, Aran Humanitarian Regional Development Organization has been working tirelessly and continues to do so to foster human rights and democratic values, mobilize people to resolve their problems, ensure that people take part in state programs and through all this reduce poverty in central regions. Aran has a reach, good practice on electoral matters.
The organization’s mission: We empower vulnerable people in central Azerbaijan by ensuring their right to be heard and promoting their active participation in decision- making at all levels. We believe in people taking responsibility for their well-being and getting equal access to resources.
Aran HRDO implements large capacities according to different strategic directions with the support of international humanitarian organizations to carry out its mission:
• “Monitoring of State Program on Poverty reduction and Socio- economic development”
• “Local self-governance and the role of municipalities in poverty reduction in Azerbaijan”
• “Municipality development”
• “ Livelihood development”
• “ Civil Society development”
• Legal advice services”
